Our client is a New Zealand company that leads the way in engineering and environmental consultancy, renowned for their technical excellence and ability in providing complex solutions. Currently, they are in need of a Digital Support Coordinator to join their team.
Energetic, curious and passionate about what you do, your role will focus on stakeholder management which will include scheduling workloads for a digital team. Working with internal stakeholders you will be focused on delivering services and solutions, to ensure people are happy and getting what they need when they need it.
Being a key point of contact for the administrative needs of the team, your role will also cover responsibilities including travel management, meeting management, expenses and ensuring that the team is well supported and engaged. There is a huge opportunity for someone who is technically minded to grow into this role and make a difference.
Further responsibilities will include:
- Organising workshops, morning teas, collating reports and preparing presentations
- Maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage onboarding and offboarding
- Provide relevant training in company templates, etc
Ideally, you will enjoy providing administrative support and being involved in the following:
- Data Management Systems
- Quality assurance
- Problem solving
- Allocating resourcing (Zendesk)
- Excel spreadsheeting
- Helpdesk type queries - customer service
- Team support
- Building relationships
- Technically savvy
- 12D Synergy - (experience not essential but would like to learn)
