Trade Qualified and licence preferred however not essential. What is essential is a proven history of producing quality work across most facets of residential building including foundations, framing, cladding, internal fit outs and renovations, add-ons and additions.
Further qualities that will also be highly regarded include:
- Reliability
- Ability to work in a small team unit
- Communicate well with home owners and clients
- Conscientious regarding health and safety in your work practices
