National Administration Manager

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable brand that is a household name across the country. Their South Auckland office has an exciting opportunity for a National Administration Manager to fulfil a leadership position within their Auckland office.

Leading a team of 5 direct reports, and 8 indirect reports, this challenging role covers the day to day management of all operational, administrative and accounts functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, billing, budgeting and forecasting. It also take the lead in auditing and reporting processes and systems. This is a highly pivotal role to say the least!

For such an encompassing role, we are looking for a talented professional who enjoys variety, is motivated by challenge and is driven to succeed. Although energy and attitude speak volumes, previous leadership experience in an Administrative and Accounts based role is absolutely essential.

Further essential experience and attributes that you will bring to this role includes:

  • Nurturing mentality with a proven record of successfully developing and leading successful teams
  • Financially savvy with sound reporting and documentation abilities - solid understanding and capability with Excel is essential
  • P&L experience; Forecasting and scheduling experience
  • Understanding of NZ payroll legislation and professional experience overseeing/processing high volume payroll
  • Ideally, qualified in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with a range of software, ideally: CHRIS21, PRONTO, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • A strong business acumen to make quality decisions
