Our client has a leadership opportunity available, perfect for a natural leader who can maintain staff moral and loyalty whilst adhering to and meeting company standards and KPI’s. Based within the Security Industry, this role is heavily focused on staff management, health and safety and delivering service to blue chip clientele.

Overseeing a team of up to 12 staff across varying shifts and sites, the ability to build robust working relationships and nurture a positive working environment is essential. Having a clear and confident understanding of employer responsibility and ensuring the safety, wellbeing and performance of staff is supported and maintained, is essential.

Further responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing and managing daily operations, including all plant and equipment
  • Rostering, ensuring all staff are suitably supported, utilised and supervised
  • Managing any and all personnel issues and leading HR processes including any investigative or disciplinary measures
  • Recruitment, and ensuring all new employees are appropriately trained and inducted
  • Financial awareness, ensuring operating costs are within budget and managed
  • Upholding the company values within your team and ensuring these are aptly represented

Previous experience in Transport & Logistics and / or Manufacturing & Production would be highly advantageous.
