Currently, they have a fantastic opportunity that has just become available for an experienced Sales/Trading Manager to oversee and lead a team of Junior Traders. Creating connections both locally and internationally, this role will see you developing and building the business’ trading capabilities and keeping current with the market trends and forecasts.
Based in the Metal Recycling Industry, an understanding of this unique market and industry would be ideal however, isn’t essential. What is essential is a robust and solid background in sales management, including developing and managing a sales team.
If you have a professional history that highlights your:
- Senior Sales Management/Leadership experience
- Exceptional engagement and mentoring skills that will promote a positive culture and develop each member of your team to be a success
- Financial literacy, with the ability to apply effective financial and accounting principles and practices
- Solid understanding of trading in international and local markets
