Bringing your high level of communication and drive to offer exemplary customer support, you are the first point of contact for client's issues. From there you will be locating, and diagnosing issues which may be on one or more of the multiple different networks and systems we support for our clients. In this job, no two days are ever the same!

- Diploma Level IT qualification in Networking/System Administration of higher, Network+ certification, MCP or similar or relevant work experience.
Ideally, the further qualities and experience will see you excel and make an impact in this role include:
- Previous experience in an IT service desk or similar role in a MSP
- Microsoft Technical Certification in Windows systems
- Experience in IT troubleshooting, planning and resolving desktop and basic server issues
