  • Can be based in either Auckland or Wellington
  • Hybrid - mix of office and remote based work

Known as Cyber Security experts, our client delivers the most comprehensive end-to-end cyber security service throughout Australia and New Zealand. Due to their expansion across New Zealand, our client have developed a new role for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, in this pivotal role you will identify, attract and hire world-class talent for a variety of cyber security roles across New Zealand.

Furthermore, your role will also encompass:

  • Develop recruitment plans
  • Create compelling and comprehensive job advertisements
  • Create and implement strategies to attract talent
  • Drive a positive candidate experience
  • Provide comprehensive support to develop detailed briefs for professional job requisitions, ensure the effective implementation and management of people, policies, practices and procedures
  • Deliver appropriate HR advice, recommendations, service and solutions and assist with the management of the industrial relations environment including grievance and dispute resolution, counselling, legislative interpretation, and compliance.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that can bring the following experience, knowledge and skill:

  • Tertiary qualification ideally in HR, business-related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in full-life cycle technical recruiting, with meaningful experience in relevant cybersecurity recruitment
  • Experience in both internal and external (third-party) recruiting
  • Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Highly deadline-driven, detail oriented and organised, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Emotionally intelligent, you demonstrate empathy, connection, and assertiveness
