IT Trainer
Our client is a genuine and trusted organisation that is focused on the wellbeing of New Zealanders, providing support and services to families and communities across the country.
Currently, they are looking to improve the IT infrastructure of the company and require an engaging and dynamic IT Trainer to deliver functional training solutions across the organisation.
Being a newly developed position, this role has the opportunity to develop a training platform and implement it into the company. With over 40 applications in use within the business, this role will ensure the competency levels of all staff are sufficient in the use of.
Working within values that exude integrity, transparency, selflessness and compassion, this role is one that is key in identifying training needs within the company, and then ensuring the delivery of training material is done within an engaging learning environment. The main focus of this organisation and this role is People, and ensuring the support offered comes with a customer focused attitude.
To be successful in this role we envisage the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience as an IT Trainer, or in a similar role
- Relevant qualification in Education, Training, HR or related field is desirable
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
Most importantly, candidates must possess a customer focused attitude with the drive and motivation to deliver first class training solutions and provide a high level of support.
